Approved Log My first ever Ostarine + Test Cyp cycle Log

End of Week 11 Update:

Not great not terrible…

I start this log update with this phrase. I’m approaching the last jab with in mind that finally after this last one, I will end the cycle then 2 weeks to bleed off the esters and then pct.

The reason why I say this is cause days have become heavier and heavier to carry out.

I wake up everyday quite tired already. I don’t have any noticible side effect other maybe and I say “maybe” some water reteintion. But the body in general if freaking hammered everywhere. I have a bicep tendon inflammation that never whent away, both shoulders are inflamed at articular level. The knee is good, but at articular level I think it could be better.

I guess this is the side of Test cycle, tendons and ligaments go overdrive and start to get inflamed, I read cause the collagen synthesis is somewhat compromised during this cycle so tendons start to suffer, I was reading that some suggest to introduce deca for example that solves the problem or EQ to bring tendons and legaments back strong. Which I definetly not going to do but I was informing my self. Its a problem that will solve itself post cycle.

My weight is stable at 109. I did trade off definetly fat for muscle i cut some carbs and did more cardio. And I did receive quite some compliments from friends for the aestetics, bigger arms, bigger chest, back, legs…my gf did enjoy seeing a much more tonic butt and loves big shoulders and arms hahaha 🤣 so from the ego point of view all is good and good results.

For for the above mentioned tendon/articular problems, I smartly stepped back a bit on weights PR. I reached PR’s that I would never have thought I could definetly, but I’m not gonna deal with a tear.
Just today i was doing bentover rows with 100kg easy…once 100kg wasn’t even my deadlift 😅.
So in these last few weeks I’m gonna play it smartly keep what I have and prevent injury.

I have introduced more off days in these last 2 weeks cause of this condition. Hoping it was going to improve but now. But in the gym everything is “sort of fine” apart from inflammation, the pumps, the stamina, the streangth and focus is always there.

Did I skip some meals…sure
Did I skip some workouts, yes and it was not for lazyness but it was just cause the body was hurting.

What I regret is that I hoped my body would have performed better in order to arrive to the finish with a injury free condition.

Blood results mid cycle where good.
So I wouldnt go modify AI as E2 was good I think it would not help at all with general tiredness or inflammation.

Any suggestions more than welcome.

i would say keep going with whats working and PCT
make sure to LOG your pct journey with us
