I can try to take pic updates this weekend, I don’t plan on going crazy on thanksgiving since what I usually eat is turkey, gravy and green bean casserole lol
yes you can do it, if you eat the carbs around training
before and after

so you eat the carbs before and after training
helps you train and keeps you in ketosis
but you need to have deep ketosis before you start
i view cardio/exercise as a great way to strengthen the heart
if you exercise you can burn off that glycogen fast that you just put into your body. but its a fools game long term. make more sense just to eat in a time restricted window then exercise, THEN eat after.
