Approved Log My Phoenix Transformation cycle Log

I’m hypoglycemic and have been like that for years so Ik when it’s low. My body starts to shake and I feel really weak so Ik that’s when I need to stop and get something to eat. Would a banana work with my protein shake?
yea thats fine, do a banana with your protein shake but this low blood sugar issue is more along the lines of a glycemic issue with your insulin bro @Justlearning22
but instead of banana take 1 tbps of manuka honey with protein shake and go train try that
 
Diet

50 g Protein shake

Breakfast - protein shake

Lunch- salad with chicken

Dinner- chicken and broccoli

Snack- omega-3 mix, Slim Jim, protein, cookie

30 minutes of cardio
When I go to the store this weekend, I will get some vanilla protein so I can make an healthier protein shake in the mornings. I will also get some steak. I really appreciate everyone’s help and encouragement at this point in my journey it really means a lot. Besides the one guy that said I have a prison build🤣

and again you doing shake with nothing else? you need to add some carbs to it

I’m trying to get better at lifting my own weight first. Lunch was 30g of protein dinner was 44g protein. I can see a difference in my muscles since I started taking the supplements but I don’t feel a difference when lifting weights.

exercises weights reps sets so we can see where you are and going as you go

I post a screenshot 5 days a week showing what weights I lift and how many reps.
