Approved Log My Pre Anavar Diet Training Log

SARMS
Currently in week 1 of 12:
cardarine (20mg/day)
Andarine (50mg/day - split doses)
Ostarine (12.5mg/day - first two weeks, 25mg weeks 3-12)
Meals:

Breakfast
2oz turkey sausage
4oz egg whites
One serving kodiak pancakes

Lunch (post workout)
4oz chicken breast
6oz baked potato
3 cups mixed greens w/ 3tbsp bolthouse yogurt dressing

Snack
138g grapes
2oz beef jerky

Dinner
300g ground turkey meatloaf
84g green beans (air fried)
120g air fried potatoes

Snack
Built protein bar

on the snack replace grapes with blueberries

on the dinner , potatoes? can you switch to yams or sweet potatoes?

i also think you need omega 3 fats
and psyllium husk
ed you taking?

and probiotics?

lastly i dont see organ liver support, you using n2guard?
 
sorry to hear about your knee but as someone who's also experienced injuries with both my discs and shoulder i can tell you its not the end of the world
you just have to adjust your training around them. example train light and don't do anything that aggravates the injury. in my case i had to give up overhead presses or inclines and i had to give up powerlifting.

The only reason I’m not eating berries is because they are so damn expensive right now. I have frozen blueberries that I mix in with yogurt if I swap in for one of my snacks.

Not a fan of yams or sweet potatoes from having to feed my 1 year old baby food 🤣 even the smell just throws me now.

I’m taking omega 3s and milk thistle
 
Just got MRI results back and it’s looking like my “cranky” knee is actually grade 4 cartilage defect in the subjacent lateral femoral trochlea. Basically I’m told there’s nothing I can do about it except maybe a cartilage transplant. I’ve had stem cell injections and now I’m wondering about adding in HGH to my SARMS stack. Looking for any input on this!

Currently in week 1 of 12:
cardarine (20mg/day)
Andarine (50mg/day - split doses)

Training has been modified to accommodate the severe knee pain. Will post complete training for this past week and meals shortly.
Look at maybe TB500 and or BPC157 as a possibility

Basically said I can do what I want for now but I’ll be in pain. If I decide to get a procedure done he said “you’re done whatever sport it is that you do - weightlifting, p90x, bodybuilding etc etc.” He told me I should just take up running and swimming 🙄🙄.

The surgeon said that where the cartilage is missing is considered a very complex situation and needs to be looked at by a specialized orthopedic surgeon. One that specializes in cartilage preservation. So he gave me a referral. The spot that the cartilage is missing isn’t where a knee replacement would have any affect,

@AKS1234 running and swimming is good but do you feel pain daily?
