@Chimp how bad is the chest injury? you
It hurts in the area I circled I don’t think I tore anything it’s just very tender when I push heavy. I haven’t lost too much strength on this cut but since I’m drying out I’ve came to the conclusion my tendons can’t handle the stress. For now I’m just using machines since I’m close and focusing on getting a good stretch with Dumbbell flys. Definitely gonna hop on deca after this show for recovery.

I did the same thing my last show trying to push as hard as I can but the diet is starting to catch up I’m taking it easy until show time

We balling on a budget over here lol. I’m taking one more pin of 200mg tren E and Test C 100mg then no more oils last two 2 weeks. I’m running s23, winny, Proviron all the way through the show.

I eat a decent amount but I’m only at 125lbs at the moment. My goal is 140lbs and I WILL HIT MY GOAL! Good luck brother and keep it going! Y’all motivate me to stay going hard!

don't over eat man. that isn't the way to gain quality muscle. don't become a perma bulker
