I’ve started now the show is June 3rd. I think a few pages back I said the 17th by accident. Im currently eating 8oz chicken half cup brown rice 1cup green veggies 6x daily and I’ve started cardio I running a mile and a half 4x a week. Just at a nice pace and I plan my route back to where there are a couple of hills I sprint up on the way home.
 
Full respect from me @Chimp, I want to know about your show plans more as quad said.
I haven’t made my mind up yet as to if I want to do both and crossover to classic or just stick to my guns with mens physique
