Sorry for the delay guys. I decided to pause the log since I still haven't been able to start my cycle yet due to order complications. Supplier says they sent it but it seems usps lost it. I believe it got reshipped today. Hopefully it will arrive soon. I also seem to be having some pretty intense PIP from the Beligas Test e 300. Still been keeping the same diet and training going but was just gonna pause this log until I can actually start my cycle. I did a weight and body composition check this past Friday and in the last few months I have dropped 3% body fat and put on 7lbs. I will attach a screen shot. Let me know how I'm doing.

@DMFE there is no need to pause the log , you should keep updating diet and training for us because there are some diet issues we need to talk about , same with your training
you gotta stay steady and drop more bodyfat bro
