Hey guys, checking in for the third time this week after hitting chest and back today with some biceps to finish. When it comes to chest I’m only doing incline presses as per the advice of some friends of mine as they allow to more easily isolate the pectoral muscles, and back was as per usual - hitting the machines and some dumbbell rows.
Post workout pic shows some serious mass being added to the arms and also included a shirtless pic that looks encouraging as it doesn’t look to me like I have any gyno issues.
I’ll be taking the weekend off to recover and rest up before Monday upper body annihiliation comes!
Let me know what you guys think of the progress in the pics and if you think I have any significant gyno as I really do value your input.
