Hey guys, checking in this evening.
My weight is pretty much unchanged since the last log, however I have had some improvements since as I repped out 55kg on tricep push downs today easier than I ever have. Also took 100mg anadrol preworkout which may have helped with that.
Mainly focused on shoulders and back today and I will definitely be sure to get a decent back pic asap as it’s hard to take them myself so I have to get someone else to take it for me. The shoulders are still my best body part and have been growing pretty consistently. Lateral raising 12.5kgs for an easy 10+ reps now and my rear delt fly seems to get better each week. No point in going for a 1RM as the risk of injury simply isn’t worth it but I really think I might have a 90kg RDF in me now.
I must say it’s a prettt tough balance though when it comes to my diet as despite my food all being clean, I do eat quite a lot which is great for growth but I do also want the abs to come through so it’s proving to be difficult to find the balance between cutting back calories but still eating enough to maximise growth. Maybe if some of you have been through something similar you can share your perspective. Tomorrow I’ll be doing some BJJ so next weight session will be Friday which will be the next log for the week.
