Yesterday I had 4 eggs with sausage in the morning, then at 8 I had pork w rice and veggies, then at 1030 the same thing then a protein bar, and at 1230 the same thing pork and rice, went to the gym after that and did the leg press for 3 sets of 10 reps,then4 sets of squats at 8 to 10 reps. Then I did tris with 5 sets of cable kickbacks(alternating hands) and 3 drop sets, then cable underhand pulldowns(alternating hands) 5 sets with 3 drop sets, then I did cable overhead extensions(alternating hands) for 5 sets with 3 drop sets. Then a protein shake right after that, pho for dinner( brisket, eye round, bok choy, rice pasta, green onion, bean sprouts, yellow onion, and beef broth, lime and mint) then I had half a protein shake with milk and peanut butter.
