Hey you guys, I’m Beefster I wanted to introduce myself to y’all. I’m 6’4 272lb rn at the moment and 20% (bf). I know I’m a lil on the thicker side. Any recommendations on some good cycles to lean down and get jacked ?

First cycle/smoking weed on gear

Im 6,4 24yrs 270 lb 20%(bf). I know you typically start when you’re leaner but I want to use gear to help me just put some more muscle on and shred fat. Does anyone have any recommendations? Also can I smoke weed while I’m on ?
