Old Man Cycle Log - 1st SARMS Cycle - (Sarms4Sale)

Thanks for all the positive feedback! This log will be valuable for me to refer to going forward, but I hope it will also help other members as they navigate this particular SARMS stack and/or any PED stacks.

Update:
I hooked up with a PT yesterday that does Active Release and he hammered my hips, quads and back. It fucking sucked, but it worked. I regained a lot of mobility & feel like a new man.

We are going to do one session a week for a while until I loosen up a bit and regain full mobility. There's nothing like a cycle to make you tighter than a lineman's knot.

I am sure the session contributed to a killer back day today. I was able to deadlift without tweaking my back again. I took it easy and did lighter weight for higher reps, to play it safe, but all good.

I hope everyone has a Happy 4th!!

This is one of the most detailed and well written logs ive ever seen and thats really saying something considering ive been reading and reviewing these literally over a decade now... GREAT GREAT work bro, seriously.. i do not say this lightly at all, this is outstanding all the way around

Even with PT make sure you go slow and really get the muscle contraction for best results.

Are you planning a refeed cheat meal?

That means a lot Dylan. Thanks!! This is what I do. Being a perfectionist is good and bad, but when it comes to logs, it's all good.

Nothing is perfect! (I need to remind myself of this daily) LOL

Thanks for the assistance bro. Great advice. I have been banging out sets and pushing the weight too high without concentrating all the time on muscle contraction. I am going to keep your advice in mind during my training sessions this week.

Cheat meal? Being on MK677, I feel like I have no choice BUT to have refeed cheat meals LOL

I am having a tough time losing much fat, but once MK677 kicked in including the water weight, I altered my goals of fat loss this cycle.

Trying not to be a pig however :)
