Pea protein supplement

what are you guys staying about taking pea protein or is it just a bunch of vegetarian crap. Someone said it's not the best choice for a protein supplement because it's not going to absorb and it's not very by all available in the body. They told me to stick with whey isolate that's the best one to use but it bothers my stomach

I dont drink a lot of whey these days, I switched to pea protein and peanut protein I found those digest way better for me giving me good results without he stomach pain.

Vegetarian protein absorbs just as well as milk proteins IMO.
 
i don't care if its greens powder, pea protein, whey protein, whatever. the body knows the difference between a powder and real food.

would you feed your cat or dog powdered food? of course not that is stupid right? so why is it okay for a human? we are too clever i guess and lazy

Saying and Bio-available.

It'd be better than one that bothers your stomach more
 
Believe in real food.. pack each meal with protein
go for real food ..lean meats. chicken .. fish and seafood .. eggs .. dairy products .. almonds, pine nuts, walnuts ..

Pea protein is great if you are s vegetarian and not so great if you are not! Just because whey protein is superior if you don't mind animal products.
