How do you mix protein powder?

Newbie
I had some questions on the most optimal way to mix protein powder to make things easy
Do you mix with water, juice, milk?
Do you use a regular glass cup or plastic?
Do you drink it fast or slow with a straw?
 
I mix with approximately 8 oz of water in a shaker cup and down the whole thing at once. If I'm doing more than 2 scoops I will add more water so it's not so thick.

I add just enough water so it's not to thick.
 
i don't believe in protein powder cause it is a processed thing made in a factory

having said that the healthiest option would be mixing with water and getting a shaker cup

I just mix protein poweder with water thats all

Shaker bottle. I use milk always.
