peanut butter protein bars

I’ve recently started to get a craving for peanut butter again.
haven’t messed around with it for several years but now I can’t get enough of it.
I was wondering if there was any good peanut butter protein bars that you have recommend to me or I can get some extra protein in my diet.
 
cliff bars used to be really good but they have a lot of sugar today
watch out for additives and watch out for Artificial sweeteners like sucralose which absolutely fry the brain and gut health
protein bars are typically full of trash. i recommend downloading the yuka app and scanning products. its free to use and you will see what I'm talking about

make your own I wouldn't buy anything off a shelf

if I'm in a pinch I might get a protein bar from the gas station or something

If you're really watching your diet/food intake as a few people mentioned - make your own protein bars so that you're totally in control of what goes into them! If you're a bit more relaxed about it I personally think the brand "Oh Yeah!" tastes good - it is loaded with sugar definitely though.
