post injection pain?

I had a question on what PIP post injection pain was.
I injected some Sustanon the other day and I did 2 CC's into my shoulder.
That comes out to 500mgs
10 or 15 minutes later it felt like my muscle was really tight. Then the next day i could not lift my arm in the air because it was so sore
is this post injection pain or is it something else going on that I should be concerned about

you need to inject less at a time

also i recommend mixing that sust with another oil to take the edge off

sustanon can cause a good amount of PIP ... 2 cc's in your shoulder is a lot man... you need to dial that down

2 Mls of sustanon is too much into shoulder

1 ml max maybe 1/2 ml for sustanon
you can do 250mgs 1ml per shoulder better

Put less into a shoulder unless you're real big

Reduce your dose to 250mgs for each shoulder(500mgs max)

Sustanon is known to cause pain for many people that use it. You may want to lower the volume in which you are using per injection, lower your dose and also switch locations of which you are pinning
