24 May Cardio and Core
Usually I take Sundays off but felt like going for an easy run today and wanted to get some of the lactic acid off my legs. I come from more of a cardio/running background and really enjoy it. But the way that run isn't conducive to packing on muscle. So I have been doing more rowing, stepper, CrossFit etc. But I try to get a run in still.
The first minute of the 31 was at 1.5mph setting up the weight and age settings on the treadmill. So I ran a little over 3.5 miles in 30 minutes so about an 8:30 mile. I wasn't trying to kill myself, just get a nice little run in.
