This is absolutely amazing feedback, those are actually some pretty huge gains that you have right there, that's pretty rare to be honest with you.
If someone can walk away with four to six pounds even that is a lot.
People have these high expectancies with gaining 15 lb up to 20 pounds when running a cycle, when an actuality that is very far and fuel in between.
