how about training we dont have any training details , we need weights and sets and exercises you do posted
 
you look great
but if you want a critique you can look way better if you lost two to three percent body fat
 
you need to post your full diet so we can see what you're eating and what you need to stop eating

Pranzo 150gr di pasta petto pollo o carne manzo con verdure
Metà pomeriggio 100gr tacchino
Per cena pasta o riso secondo pollo o tacchino o manzo con tanta verdura e frutta prima di dormire prendo proteine in polvere
