Side pain from supps?

Newbie
I started using a Testosterone booster that I found online. It is called testro-x
Company is called UMZU. anyone heard of this?
It's an all natural male Health testosterone booster
problem is it's been causing me a pain in my side. Anyone have any clue what this could be and is it from the supplement.

maybe its spiked with something else sounds like liver issues
 
might be spiked I agree here stop using it
