Tues 06.20.23 MD TRT 160mg/week

DIET:
0530 - 3 caps N2G.

0600 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 1c blueberries and 1 banana blended with 1/2c oatmeal, 1 scoop protein and 1tsp honey and water.

1200 - 2c cantaloupe. 6oz grilled chicken breast, 3 hard boiled eggs tossed with 2c mixed greens, blue cheese, bell peppers and tomatoes and 1 avocado, dressed with balsamic and olive oil. 1 peach. 2 caps N2G

2000 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 2c Italian sub salad,(all homade, basically everything you can think to put on and italian sub without the bread) and 6 tortellini. 2 caps N2G.

TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu 120min

SLEEP: 2230 - 0600 approx 8.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon

1100 - 2c cantaloupe, 1 peach, 1c cottage cheese.

1330 - 8 pieces grilled asparagus, 5oz pork chop, ½ sweet potatoe. 6oz grilled chicken breast tossed with 2c mixed greens, blue cheese, bell peppers and tomatoes, dressed with balsamic and olive oil. 2 caps N2G

1100 - 8 pieces grilled asparagus, 5oz pork chop, ½ sweet potato. 2c Italian sub salad, (made at home basically everything you can put on an Italian sub without the bread) and it had chickpeas mixed in. Tossed with olive oil salt and pepper.

1530 - 2c cantaloupe, 1c peaches and blueberries mixed with 1c cottage cheese.

1930 - 2 hamburgers and two hot dogs from local butcher, no buns. 1 avacado

My diet went to absolute garbage today. Not sure what I was thinking but paid for it be the end of the day. Lesson well learned.

1800 - went out for Mexican food. Grilled chicken and chorizo burrito with rice, beans and topped with queso sauce. Fresh guacamole too.

2030 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.
