DIET:
0900 - 4 eggs, 5 pieces bacon, 2c cantaloupe, 1 english muffin, 1 avacado, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.
1700 - 2 - 4oz crabcakes from my local butcher, 6oz wild caught yellowfin tuna, 2c wilted spinach and 1c sateed mushrooms.
2230 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.
TRAINING:
Rest day
SLEEP: 2300 - 0700 approx 8 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:Fish Oil triglyceride form 5.5g (DHA 2.2g, EPA 880mg, CLA 350mg). Glucosamine HCl 1.5g, Chondroitin 1.2g, Magnesium 300mg, (taurate, glycinate and malate). 7 caps N2G, NAC 1g, Milk Thistle 1g, Tudca 300mg.
