Diet, Training and Doc TRT Updates
Tues 06.20.23 MD TRT 160mg/week

DIET:
0530 - 3 caps N2G.

0600 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 1c blueberries and 1 banana blended with 1/2c oatmeal, 1 scoop protein and 1tsp honey and water.

1200 - 2c cantaloupe. 6oz grilled chicken breast, 3 hard boiled eggs tossed with 2c mixed greens, blue cheese, bell peppers and tomatoes and 1 avocado, dressed with balsamic and olive oil. 1 peach. 2 caps N2G

2000 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 2c Italian sub salad,(all homade, basically everything you can think to put on and italian sub without the bread) and 6 tortellini. 2 caps N2G.

TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu 120min

SLEEP: 2230 - 0600 approx 8.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:Fish Oil triglyceride form 5.5g (DHA 2.2g, EPA 880mg, CLA 350mg). Glucosamine HCl 1.5g Chondroitin 1.2g

Alright kids, listen up! Ima hold on my next cycle till further notice. I did dose yesterday assuming my labs would be fine but they are not!

AST is 82 and ALT is 146. I have been taking N2G 7 caps per day since April.

I did run Anavar 50mg/ed from DS for 8 Weeks, (start 04.02.23, last dose 05.27.23)
and Umbrellas MK-2866 Ostarine & SR-9009 Stenabolic from 05.02.23 to 06.16.23. Stacking Doc prescribed Test Cyp as well 250mg per week give or take.

Labs were drawn yesterday. All other levels are g2g. This past cycle of anavar and sarms was my first so I am a little uneasy. No symptoms of liver or kidney issues, urine shin and eyes are good and Hepatitis B has been ruled out.



Diet, Training and Updates
Wed 06.21.23 - Day 1 - Anavar/TestE/EQ & Primo Cycle (HOLDING OFF ON CONTINNUING DUE TO LABS)

DIET:
0600 - 3 caps N2G.

0800 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 1c cottage cheese, 2 peaches, 2 small bananas. 25mg VAR

1300 - 2c cantaloupe. 6oz grilled chicken breast tossed with 2c mixed greens, blue cheese, bell peppers and tomatoes and 1/2 avocado, dressed with balsamic and olive oil. 3 hard boiled eggs. 2 caps N2G

1630 - 1.5c turkey chili w 1.5c brown rice

2000 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 3caps N2G

TRAINING:
Rest Day

SLEEP: 2200 - 0500 approx 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:Fish Oil triglyceride form 5.5g (DHA 2.2g, EPA 880mg, CLA 350mg). Glucosamine HCl 1.5g, Chondroitin 1.2g, Magnesium 300mg, (taurate, glycinate and malate)
GEAR: 50mg Anavar, 150mg TestE, 150mg EQ, 100mg Primobolan

In the meantime I will continue posting in this log as prescribed dose of TRT @ 150-160 mg/week
