so what i mean by time restricted eating

means from the first food you eat of the day (water does not count) till the last food that is the feeding window
it is much better on the gut, insulin sensitivity and other benefits to eat in a 2-6 hour window on a daily basis. right now your last update you ate from 9:30 to 7pm. that is a 9.5 hour eating window which is too long

also in terms of needing X amount of protein, just not true at all. 200g of protein is way too high. on average someone with your weight should get 100-120g per day, and that is an AVERAGE, not a minimum. some days i get zero protein on fasting days. do i die or lose my muscle? of course not. even pro bodybuilders like big ramy and Hadi fast all day during rammadhan. people don't want to believe it but they do, it is a very important part of their religion and culture with their family and it does not hurt them, it helps them

also in terms of your overall diet. still seeing too much fake food and processed food.

i will copy your last update with meals and show you what i mean by bolding all the fake/processed junk in your diet

you need to swap in more fresh fruits, veggies. protein sources i recommend are animal organs and/or bone broth, grassfed beef is acceptable too. . carb options sweet potatoes, brown/wild rice. fat options: raw plain nuts, unrefined cold pressed coconut oil to cook with, avocado.

1300 - 6oz grilled chicken breast, 3 hard boiled eggs tossed with 2c mixed greens, blue cheese, bell peppers and tomatoes dressed with balsamic and olive oil. 1 apple. 2 caps N2G

1900 - 2-3.5oz bacon wrapped filet, 20 pieces asparagus, 1 sweet potato, 1 scoop protein w 10 oz water and psyllium husk fiber. 1c pistachio gelato. 2caps N2G
