DIET:
0530 - 50mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 3 N2G caps. 1/2c oatmeal w 1 scoop protein and 1c blueberries.
1130 - 6oz chicken w 1 avocado and 3 hard boiled eggs, mixed greens, tomatoes, bell pepper, blue cheese, jalapenos, mushrooms dressed with balsamic and olive oil. 10mg SR-9009, 2 caps N2G. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water.
1630 - 10mg SR-9009
1900 - 4oz spaghetti and 7-1.5oz homemade meatballs and tomato sauce with peppers and onions. 2c arugula and spinach salad dressed with lemon juice and olive oil topped with 2oz shaved parmesan. 1 scoop protein w water and 1 tsp psyllium husk powder.
