DIET:
0600 - 1 banana, 1c blueberries, 1 scoop protein, 1/2c oats, 1tsp honey, 1c vanilla greek yogurt and 1tsp psyllium husk blended with water.
1030 - 2 peaches, 1c cottage cheese,
1230 - 1/2 avocado tossed with 5oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and feta dressed with olive oil and balsamic.
1500 - 6 oz grilled, blackened tilapia topped with peppers and onions. 1 apple.
2100 - 1.5c of the following, (Shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, chickpeas, cucumber, bacon, chicken, avocado all chopped and diced dressed with olive oil and balsamic) 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. I had to eat something after jiu-jitsu from 1830-2030.
TRAINING:
Jiu-Jitsu 105 minutes
SLEEP: 2130 - 0500 approx 7.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:Fish Oil triglyceride form 5.5g (DHA 2.2g, EPA 880mg, CLA 350mg). Glucosamine HCl 1.5g, Chondroitin 1.2g, Magnesium 300mg, (taurate, glycinate and malate). 7 caps N2G, NAC 1g, Milk Thistle 1g, Tudca 300mg.
