DIET:
0600 - 1 banana, 1c blueberries, 1 scoop protein, 1tsp honey, 1c vanilla greek yogurt and 1tsp psyllium husk blended with water
1130 - 2c Chicken Brussel bake, (shredded chicken, brussel sprouts halved, shred mozz, chopped bacon and caesar dressing. 5oz grilled chicken, 2c mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and blue cheese, dressed with olive oil and balsamic
1600 - 2 peaches, 1c cottage cheese, 1 apple
1930 - 10oz pan seared, baked wild caught halibut w 1.5c brown rice and 1.5c mixed, sliced cucumbers and baby bells tossed with olive oils salt and pepper, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.
TRAINING:
