+ super set box jumps

Barbell Bulgarians squats 115 3x8
+ Hip abductions

Pull ups with weights bw + 25 x 8 reps for 3

Finished with pistol squats + 25 pound

Hard as usual lol. Nothing really new happened except I might of sprained my wrist definitly hurts alot . Gonna ice it and hopefully it's nothing bad.

Yall bruh the tracker app i was using the measure my calories had given the wrong amount of carbs the whole and had triple the amount of carbs . Which gave wrong estimate for the calories.

Total calories today = 2670

Total macros = 172 g carbs,286g protein,124g fat

Feeling great with school almost about to end . Just time for exams and shit.
I think calories need to come up bro

Shit I'm impatient and I really wanna test my bench pr.
Gonna try it one last time time to ease my temptations and will stop just to be safe

Cardio day
Jog at 6:30 for 30 minutes
Stadium stair runs for 20 minutes
Track sprints 3x1 all out


Went to gym at around 7:30 for a quick session


Not supposed to be strength day but I'll let this one slide.


Tricep pushdowns
Cable flys

Bench 185 x 6
Bench 215 x1 ( still got it)
Bench 220 x 1 ( new New pr)

A 15 pound increase in first 2 weeks


Breakfast 8:00

Greek yogurt 1 cup
Almonds 50g
Blue berries
2 boiled eggs
= 572 calories (26g carbs,45g protein,35g fat)












Lunch 12:00

Grilled tilipia 250g
Roasted potatoe 0.5 cup
=424 calories(18g carbs,67g protein,9g fat)





Did a 10k jog 3:45

Took a protein shake after

Chicken thighs with skin 8oz
Red kidney beans 0.5 oz

Decided to not go to practice today
Breakfast :
4 large eggs scrambled
1bsp butter
Greek yogurt half cup
25 walnut
=607 calories(10 carbs,41g protein,45g fat)

Might hit the gym twice today
Not sure if it's the steroids
But these gym sessions feel like I could do it all over again.


Strength day

Hang clean 6x3 135 (olympic)
Deadlift 355 3x3( compound)
+ superset medicine ball slam(balistic)
Barbell row 125 3x8(horizontal pull)
Hyperextension machine ( stability)
Romanian deadlift 225. 3x12
( stability)



Lunch
Turkey leg 8 oz
Plain rice 100g
Black beans 0.5 cup
=571 calories(51g carbs,85g protein,30g fat)










Second workout of the day

Box jumps +
Front Squats 185 4 x 12

Seated Leg curls machine 3xfailure
Hamstring curls machine 3x failure
Finished with Bulgarian squats 50 in each each 3x12
