= 846 calories(113g carbs,29g protein,36g fat)




I'm not sure what happened today but I felt a bit nauseas and hot

I'm not sure I'd it's from the nolva or clomid or from anything I'm taking.

My weight is the same at 149 ish and overall no mood changes.

I'm going to stop any cardio training aside from wrestling conditioning and only focus on maybe strength aspect. ( lower reps)



Lunch
Toast with Avocado and salmon
4 slices of whole grain bread
214 g avocado ( 1 whole avacado)
4 oz salmon
= 1045 calories (79g carbs,43g protein,65 protein)


Workout:
Strength day
Hang clean 6x3 @ 205
Front squat 295 @ 4x6

Hip thrusts 4x8 @ 315
+ Kettle bell swings

Dumbell seated squat jumps 5 pound dumbells
3x6

Single leg rdl (accessory)
135 3x8
30 Kettle bell pistol squat 4x6 ( accesory)



Dinner:
Chicken breast 8 oz
1 cup black beans 214g
= 427 calories (41g carbs,65g protein,7g fat)





Extra meal:.
Protein shake(2 scoops whey)
8 oz chicken breast
Brown rice 100g steamed
= 972 calories(81g carbs,138g protein,29g fat)


Total calories
3102 calories(280g carbs,269g protein,134g fat)

Monday





Headache was still here and I think this shit got worse.
Gonna lower dose for clomid for teusday



Breakfast:
Walnuts 50g
2 bannana
225g of creek yogurt ( 1cup)
= 677 calories(62g carbs,33g protein,36g fat)





Workout:
Strength day / push
Jerk and clean 145 6x3

Dips 4x8. Bw+125 pounds
+ medicine ball throws
+ Clapping pushups

Tricep cable extensions
3x25 @ low weight

Skull crushers
3x12 @ 80

Banded retracts ( assesory and injury prevention)
3x10

External rotation with 20 pound dumbell
4x10 ( accesory and injury prevention)


Lunch:

Made some caesar salad
3 cups lettuce
8oz chicken breast
1tbsp olive oil
Avocado 100g
6tbsp ranch

Croutons
= 994 calories




Dinner:
Chicken breast 4oz
Brown rice 100g
1 bean cup
= 432 calories ( 93g carbs,39g protein,4g fat)





Extra meal of the day:
Protein shake
2 cups milk
8oz chicken breast
Brown rice 100g
= 972 calories(81g carbs,138g protein,29g fat)






Total calories
= 3075 calories(262g carbs,267g protein,148g fat)
 
This was Mondays log , today was a bit hectic as I did lower the dose but I'm not sure how long the headaches last I don't have hot flashes but I didn't workout except for wrestling practice. Was pretty drained from practice and just felt sluggish though I felt a bit better at the end of the day. Weight hasn't dropped which is good.
I'll be posting teusdays log tmr along with the current log as I couldnt really concentrate on anything with this fat headache so I just went to sleep the whole day

@fart13 for the headaches, every other day take 1 baby aspirin with food Mon/Wed/Fri 1 tablet

@fart13 take 1 week off training and let your PCT settle in, trust us, just keep diet strong and rest for 7 days

Teusday restday(ish I had to go to practice still)
Wednesday body was actually sore so it'll be a rest day also today

Thinking about arranging my workouts like this

Restday/workout day/restday etc with one day between each workout day.
It'll still be 4 workouts and 3 rest days


I'm feeling Hella fucking hungry even after A meal

And my clothes are starting to feel loose which is starting to make me feel some way.

My strength is still here so everything is fine.



I didn't have a headache on Wednesday morning so I think lowering dosage worked, but I'm not entirely sure as it just feels like my eyes are buldging out of my skull.

Teusday:
greek yogurt 1 cup 225g
