I'm not sure what happened today but I felt a bit nauseas and hot
I'm not sure I'd it's from the nolva or clomid or from anything I'm taking.
My weight is the same at 149 ish and overall no mood changes.
I'm going to stop any cardio training aside from wrestling conditioning and only focus on maybe strength aspect. ( lower reps)
