Approved Log Testosterone Blend and NPP Cycle Log

Ate some tritip tonight cooked with sage, rosemary and thyme. I make the best mashed potatoes and was craving them and nothing pairs better with mashies than a steak. I sprinkled a little throughout my lunches the next two days. Grilled 18 pounds of chicken and got it all ready for the week. The less I have to do during the week besides work, the more I can do at the gym.

Lateral pull downs 5 plates each side 4x7
Chest Supported iso Row 5 plates each side 3x8
Neutral grip Row machine 145 one arm 4x15
Pull up machine 115 4x15
30 mins treadmill

The stack felt super light on pulldowns. 5 plates was easier than last week on my next two lifts. Dbol is awesome. I'm definitely bloated but the strength is amazin. Without a doubt I'm getting 5 plates on squat tomorrow!

Failed 5 plates today. I just wasn't in the zone for squats. But the next few lifts I locked in and the pump was sick. At least I got a feel for how heavy 5 plates really is. Programming 1hr cardio tomorrow and then a big Bench day Friday! Got a compliment from my gym crush halfway through my workout which definitely boosted my mood. The chicken and rice everyday isn't easy. I'll be glad to cut a little, it's a chore to eat so much!
 
This iso leg press is awesome, the angle it swings out on really punishes the quads and allows the hammies to get a good stretch at the starting Position. I generally stay away from leg press because it hurts my hips but I love this machine. If you have one at your gym, utilize it!
