Bro talked me into trying 395. Almost had it, he had to initially give me a tiny bit of help at my sticking point but made me grind out the rest of the rep. I'll try it again Wednesday on the last day of cycle. Dbol has killed my appetite and my gas/burps are god-awful😂 the gains have been awesome tho, but I think 6 more days and my body will need a break.

Yeah I have probiotics and digestive enzymes but next cycle I'll have to get some psyllium. I was fine on just npp and proviron and the first 3 weeks of dbol were great but this last one has me nauseous during the day and choking down food.

Yes, I think my body just needs a break from eating so much. I'm going to cycle off on Wednesday, hopefully 395 goes up on bench. Today I'm looking to hit 495 on squat.

@n8cantrell thats possible of course. You can do 1 time every 2 weeks where you do a 24 hour fast, you ok with testing this out? I have guys I train who are semi Pro that do 1 day fasting every 2 weeks to clear out the gut.

For pulldowns I strap up right where it curves. And then the rest of my training I focus on single arm Pulls. And yes, I've definitely considered fasting on a Sunday. I'm finished with this cycle on Wednesday. For calories I'm planning on eating similarly, just cutting my portion sizes. I think my appetite will come back once I'm off the dbol. But seriously, the strength is insane. I love it. 500 went up quick today and I added an extra plate on each side for the iso leg press and did more reps and an extra set.
