Trial and demo cycle Test E, tren E, boldenone, HGH. I've revamped based on advice and research. Wanting to get into incredible shape., Age: 47, Height: 5'11", Weight: 245 Ibs , body fat 23% skinfolded. I’m a truck driver so sit way to much and for roughly 60 + hours per week. Im getting married this year and want to be in really good shape. my woman is very fit. I’m looking to get a little more dialed in and I’m open to any advice.

Diet: OMAD with 2 protein shakes each day, 20 hour fast
M-F Consume between 4am - 8am
Dymatize Protein powder pre and post workout
1 cup white and brown rice
1/2 large sweet potatoe
10 oz skinless chicken
1 cup lentils
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
25 raw almonds

Sat/Sun
unplanned but moderate calorie intake, a lot of rest


Gear:
15 weeks
500mg Test E per week
400mg Tren E per week
600mg Boldenone (EQ) per week
4IU somatropin post workout 5 days per week
PCT weeks 16-18
Clomid 50mg per day
HCG standard dosing schedule

2000mg milk thistle
100mg zinc
4mg copper
400mcg selinium
600mg NAC
nature made triple omega EFA

Training:
High Volume non linear Superset training with as minimum rest as possible
4:30am training time
Day 1: Chest & Bicep 3 exercises per muscle group 4 sets 10 -15 rep range
Day 2: Back, Tricep, calves 3 exercises per muscle group 4 sets 10 - 15 rep range
Day 3: Legs & shoulders 3 exercises per muscle group 4 sets 10 - 15 rep range
repeat
3 mile outdoor run 6pm
Sat/Sun rest

will post training notes every couple days

i love the OMAD idea
but i don't love the shakes.

eat 1 healthy medium to large meal per day. stay away from shakes. those can be very counterproductive
 
do you have any information on where your blood pressure is
also your cholesterol levels and other issues related to your heart health
 
truck drivers are definitely in bad shape
I don't think I've met one in good shape so this will be a nice challenge for this log
 
I think this is the first time we've had a truck driver do a log
this has the potential to be awesome and help other people as well when you are successful here
 
I'm looking forward to seeing your progression
I think Step One is dropping the body fat for sure we need to get you leaner
 
I'm not sure that tren is smart here
but its your log and we are just witnesses. this will be EPIC
 
be careful with the tren rage on the roads lol
you don't want to end up having to run someone over out of anger on cycle LOL
 
Monstro used to drive a truck in portugal
that was a cool job, i ran a few people over by accident. nobody died though
 
Blood pressure is excellent. I've only been driving for a year. Released from long prison sentence Feb 2022

Standing dumbell curl 35 x 4 sets x 15,15,15,15 did 8 more reps of hammer curl after each 15 regular reps
Chest flye machine 155 x 4 sets x 15,15,15,20
Standing cable curl 170 x 4 sets x 15, 15, 13, 10
That's it for today was in a rush, couldn't get my run in today. Not eating since this morning is rough
