Approved Log Testosterone, Trenbolone, Winstrol summer cut-recomp Cycle Log

Day 1: Chest
DB incline: 100x12 110x10 115x8
Smith incline: 225x10 245x10 245x8 (225x6 135x8 drop set)
Machine press: 180x 10, 190x 10, 190x8
Cable flys: 80x12, 70x12, 60x12

Abs:
Cable crunches: 55x15 (3x)
Lower leg raises 3 sets of 20

No cardio today besides 10 min warm up due to time. Attached are day 1 pics. Calipers gave me at 13% bf about a week ago. I havent measured in a bit.


As far as blood work most recent was about 3 months ago and I am going again on the 24th. Omega 3 supps are also being taken.

Sorry for the shitty pics im trying my best to keep my tattoos covered and im not the best and editing.

i would up the cardio if you can and I dont think you're 13% you're more like 11% bodyfat imo

chest add 15 set drop set on inclines if you can next time

Lol appreciate that bro. Yeah I agree on upping the cardio; will def be beneficial.
 
Back day:

40 mins cardio post workout 3.2mph 10incline.


Bent over barbell rows: 225x12, 245x10, 255x8
Hammer strength close grip rows: 270x10, 180x 10, 180x 10.
Close grip cable rows: 165x8, 145x 10, 145x 10
Wide grip lat pull downs: 165x8, 145x 8, 121x 12
Cable Pulldowns: 50x 10, 40x10, 40x10

Abs:
Russian twists 3x15 (3x)
Kettlebell crunches: 25lbsx 20 (3x)

Obviously not feeling anything yet, cycle wise, as its 2 days in.
