UGFreak.to 8 days to ship :(

not happy with ugfreak.to at all.
Made an order with them over a week ago and I just now have my products being shipped. I understand it was Easter weekend and all that other crap but still they should get the products out immediately!
I’m used to much better customer service than this when I’m ordering other stuff online. Unacceptable that it took eight days to finally get my product shipped.

Products shipped is nothing to celebrate over. Products received, YES. Find some patience. If your order is anything like mine you'll need it lol. I've been waiting since mid Feb. Half made it and still waiting on the best half. Their team has done what they can to make it right.

Remember work with them and be respectful! You paid for products and you want them to come through so does no good to post negative comments.
