Hey guys!
Long time no blog, or at least it feels like it. I’m so happy to report that my shins didn’t bother me at the hyrox!! Wooo! I did the women’s open doubles and my team mate and I finished under our goal time of 1.5hrs. We got 1:21 and finished in first place for the women’s open doubles division. I will be doing a hyrox in Anaheim with the same partner so we will work on improving our time. I found my biggest strength was the sled pull, which felt very easy compared to when I had to do the men’s weight in mixed doubles
. While I was there I also got to meet the male 2024 CrossFit games winner which was really awesome for me! It was overall a great day!

I took Sunday off. Got a new puppy and he gave me hell all Sunday lmao. Wish me luck! Went in today and hit my b stance hip thrusts again and split squats. They are paying off, I feel like I can see some growth in my legs/glutes. I hit the workout and it was a good one!
