What is a good bodybuilding routine to build more size?

I'm looking for the best bodybuilding routine to build more size. What do you think about doing 20 sets and doing a push-pull-leg split? Do you think this would work for me? Or do you think I should do less sets or more sets? I was thinking of keeping my rep range in between 8-12 repetitions. Is this a good basic routine for someone 22 years old?
