While Going on Holiday?

I've never understood planning a cycle and then going on holiday
@Mobster very good point! This cycle was originally planned back in April to fall with the last week of the cycle the same week as my holiday but my AST/ALT numbers scare pushed everything back a month. The next planned holiday in December does not have a cycle planned anywhere near it. I agree though, kind of feel like I shot myself in the foot on this one. I'm sure I could have yielded better results with a stricter diet and more intense training. Lessons learned so it wasn't a total loss.
 
So I am mid cycle and have vacation coming up. I will continue gear as scheduled, be body surfing and swimming in ocean regularly. We will be gone for 7 days.

I will likely continue to stretch every day, do some core work and pushups but aside from that wont be strength training while I do at home. I am also taking my road bike and may do a ride or two. I will also be looking to eat similarly to how I do now while grinding every day with the exception of more ice cream. This is our end of summer hoorah vacation for the family. Im not going to go soft but I will definitely be relaxed.

What does your regimen look like while on vacation while cycling? Do you stay just as strict as when home or relax a little bit?
Find a happy medium bro you have to enjoy yourself
 
I don't cycle if I have a vacation that will be in the middle of it but in general when I go on vacation I don't try to stay close to my plan. I basically eat different types of food that are not part of my regular diet, definitely consume some alcohol, lol, and take the time to relax. A week is not a big deal as long as you are discipline to get back on the wagon when you get back.
