working out while pregnant

I am 3 months pregnant so I have about 6 months to go. what are some strategies for the next few months I can do that are safe for the baby? I've been working with a couple doctors but their opinions are varying, one says i shouldn't work out at all and the other said i can workout up until month 6.
 
My wife trained until month 6 after that she got too big so she just did home training.
 
Wish I could help, but I dont want to speak about something I am not educated in.
 
That is what I hate about doctors. You ask them which is the right thing to do but they give you conflicting advice. Personally I would advise to keep training but not nearly as hard. That is what my wife did.
 
I am not a specialist in this area but I would keep your workout intensity down while pregnant
 
You can continuing training well into your pregnancy, however the intensity will need to taper down as you get further along
