Approved Log Testosterone and anavar cycle log

Saturday

Woke up at 5:30 and surprisingly did not feel tired at all even though I had like 7 hours of sleep.

Pinned for the 6 time . All went good no pain or burning and no blood.

Break fast:
1 cup greek yogurt
50g walnut
3 eggs scrambled
1tbsp butter
= 773 calories


Lunch :
8 oz sirloin steak
0.5 Roasted potatoes
Broccoli 75g
= 557 calories (23g carbs,44g protein,32g fat)






Dinner:
1 whole egg diced
Avocado 100g
Cheese cubes 30g
8oz chicken breast
=579 calories(9g carbs,65g protein,38g fat)







Extra meal of day
Protein shake
Rice 100g
8oz chicken breast shredded
Avocado 100g
=855 calories(49g carbs,98g protein,36g fat)

2764 calories(98g carbs,257g protein,164g fat)



Might just hit a bunch of prs next week
For clean

Sunday

Rest day
Breakfast:
1 cup greek yogurt
50g Walnuts
=477 calories(16g carbs,31g protein,36g fat)

Ran for 20km
Damm this shit was kinda mentally exhausting.
Did it at a moderate pace. The pump feels Hella nice though on Mt calves and shins.

Lunch:
Chicken breast 8oz
1cup black beans
2 whole eggs
=571 calories(42g carbs,78g protein,17g fat)



Dinner:
Chicken thigh with skin on 8 oz
1 cup black beans
2 whole eggs
0.5 Roasted cups
=968 calories(59g carbs,63g protein,53g fat)

Extra meal of day:
Chicken breast plain 8oz
Proteinshake
Avocado 100g
Broccoli 100g
= 760 calories(28g carbs,98g protein,36g fat)

Went out rq and just layed on my stomach in the sun for about 30 minutes in hope the bacne goes away.

Total calories = (2776 calories)(145g carbs,270g protein,142g fat)


Nothing interesting particular I wanted to add really.
Good ending to the week I'd say .
