Decided to take Saturday off

Also pinned again 5th pin
No blood but arm felt like it was burning alot.

Breakfast at 8:30 am
Greek yogurt 1 cup
Almonds 50g
= 403 calories(21 carbs,32g protein,25g fat)







Lunch 11:45 am
Some chilli
(Ground beef 90% leans
Black beans 1 cup
Avocado 100g
Shredded cheese 0.5 cup)
= 842 calories(52g carbs,74g protein,36g fatl






Dinner:
Chicken thigh with skin 8oz
Broccoli 100g
Beans 0.5 cups
2 Yellow bell pepper
=748 calories(51g carbs,48g protein,42g fat)




Extra meal of day:
Protein shake
Chick peas 0.5 cup
Chicken breast plain 8oz
Broccoli 100g
=683 calories(36g carbs,22g fat,101g protein)


Total calories = 2676 calories(160g carbs,
255g protein,125g fat)


One thing I've noticed is that I became a bit more agitated and irritable. Moreover I just have alot of mood swings.

Nothing too crazy I'm a pretty calm person so i feel like I won't have crazy roid rage.
I love the diet bro

Breakfast:

50g Walnuts

Doing upper body today mostly just stability excersies

Morning jog at 8:30 am

Ik I said I wasn't gonna deadlift
But I wanted to try one leg Romanian deadlifts that are light to improve stabilitt

Hip thrusts 3x 12+2
Rdl 2x8+2
Hip twist machines 3x12+2
Back extensions 2x20
Hamstring curls 3x12
Cable crunches 3x12

Finished with a threadmill jog for 20 minutes

Lunch:
Chicken breast 8oz
1cup black beans
2 whole eggs
=571 calories(42g carbs,78g protein,17g fat)

Did a 10k jog . Pumps are still their and their bearable nothing bad .

Dinner:
Chicken thigh with skin on 8 oz
1 cup black beans
2 whole eggs
0.5 Roasted cups
=968 calories(59g carbs,63g protein,53g fat)

Extra meal of day:
Chicken breast plain 8oz
Proteinshake
Avocado 100g
Broccoli 100g
= 760 calories(28g carbs,98g protein,36g fat)

Total calories = (2776 calories)(145g carbs,270g protein,142g fat)
Finished with 100 pushups
50 pullups

Pumps are always crazy with pushups

My brother noticed that my face has been getting alot fuller than usual. Never noticed it personally but I'm guessing it's from water retention or my jaw muscles.

Looked in mirror and
starting to get my first signs of bacne
Damnnnnn . Praying to God that it doesn't scar up. Gonna start Blasting my ac because it's Hella hot in my area and to reduce sweating.

Breakfast:
1 cup greek yogurt
Walnut 50g
= 477 (16 carbs,31g protein,36g fat)

Ik I said I was going a bit light
But f it imma pr on my deadlift

Jog for 10 minute 5 minute sprint @10 mph
Pull ups 2x12
Leg press 2x12
Deadlift. @225 x 1. > 315x1. > 405x1 > 425x1. > 435x1(new pr)


Ok that's about like a 30 pound increase to my deadlift pr

Finished with Weighted pullups 1x12(bw) 1x8(bw+25) 1x8(bw+35)
Hammer curls (bw+40)

Lunch
Chicken thigh with skin 8oz
Broccoli 75g
=526 calories(5g carbs,36g protein,40g fat)



Dinner:
Turkey leg 8oz
Plain rice 100g
=457 calories (31g carbs,77g protein,30g fat)

Nothing really noticeable bacne and chest acne aren't getting too noticable.
Changing pillow sheets often and gonna get shampoo that is soft on skin.

Not gonna really post the nm on these since they were pretty light . Will post on strength days though

Leg extension. 4x10+2 little rest between
Bulgarian squats with dumbells

Hip thrusts
3x12+2

Lunch
Broccoli 100g
Chicken thigh with skin
100g plain rice

Dinner:
Chicken breast plain 8 oz
30g cheese cubes
2 cup lettuce

Felt pretty good today
And good end to the weekdays.
 
I've managed face acne pretty well and theirs no scarring or inflamed ones but I'm not sure how I would deal with back acne

It also started appearing way faster than my chest and face acne
@fart13 not sure where you live but you need some sun

start by taking a salt bath like one of those sea salt baths to dry out your back and get some sun on your back or tanning salon if you must
