Monday
Friends noticed that I got significantly bigger that last time they saw me, And said I was on tren jokingly. I made a awkward laugh lmfao. I don't even look that big tbh and I'm a pretty small person I'd say.

Breakfast
: 1 cup greek yogurt
50g almonds
Whole milk 8oz
= 553 calories(27g carbs,45g protein,33g fat)

Strength day

Gym session:



Gonna pr on bench
Tricep pushdown 1x12
Cable flys. 1x12
Bench 220x1
Bench 225x1(ok this was my old pr and it felt pretty light and quick)
235x1(my new pr)
Pretty impressed about a 50 pound increase.

Finished with some pull ups
3x12

Did a 30 min jog at the end
And finished it with Skull crushers and bw dips

Lunch:
Skinless chicken thighs 8oz
Avocado 100g
Onions 1 cup chopped
2 cup lettuce
Cheese cubes 30g

=671 calories(25g carbs,54g protein,41g fat)



Dinner:
Chicken breast plain 8oz
100g plain rice
Avocado 100g
=
496 calories(35g carbs,55g protein,22g fat)

3 mile jog at 8:00 pm


Extra meal of day:
Protein shake
Burrito(0.25 black beans,shredded cheese 0.5 cup,shredded chicken 6oz,tortilla)
=1016 calories(67g carbs,106g protein,43g fat)

Finished it with 100 pushups

Day 38

Monday

Back acne getting way better.
Think their might be some scarring though.
Mood is always good though.


Morning jog
As much miles as I can for 1 minute

Breakfast:
1 cup greek yogurt
4 eggs
50g almonds
2 Tbsp butter
= 843 calories(21g carbs,56g protein, 61g fat)

Today will be
Just a bunch of cardio
And some high reps





Gym time: 2:35 pm
4x12+3 squats 185
3x8 goblet squat with 100 pound dumbell

Some Bulgarian squats
3x8+2. 50 pound dumbell

Hip abductions 3x failure
Leg extensions 3x failure
+ sissy squats
Romanian deadlifts 4x10


Finished with just a light jog for 20 minutes honestly this sucked lmfao legs were burning




Lunch:
Made some salad
Chicken breast 8oz
2 cup lettuce
Cheese cubes 30g
Avocado 100g
1 cup onions chopped
= 551 calories(25g carbs,60g protein,31g fat)





Dinner:
8oz chicken breast
3 whole eggs
100g plain white rice
1 bannana
= 639 calories(51g carbs,72g protein,22g fat)

Home workout

Jog for 20 mins around town

Did some Frog leaps
Pistol squats
Squat jumps






Extra meal of the day.
Protein shake
Turkey leg 6 oz
1 cup Roasted potatoes
= 807 calories(52g carbs,104g protein,41g fat)

Total calories = 2840 calories(149g carbs,292 g protein,155g fat)

+medicine ball slam
+Cable crunches
Single Romanian deadlifts

Hyper extension 4x 10+2
Calves raises 3x8+2

Finished with a 10 min threadmill run



Lunch:
Chicken thighs with skin 8oz
1 cup black beans
=727 calories

Dinner:
Chicken thighs with skin 8oz
1 cup black beans
=727 calories

Bascially the same thing I didn't feel like cooking a whole lot.

Extra work out at home

Kettle bells throws
Tire slams with sledgehammer
Deadlift to shrug with tires

Back acne got way better and am managing the breakouts pretty well. Just changing alot of sheets and pillows. Taking showers and applying skin care while also taking supplements.

Headache is doing better just took a nap.
