Damm this shit was kinda mentally exhausting.
Did it at a moderate pace. The pump feels Hella nice though on Mt calves and shins.

Dinner:
Chicken thigh with skin on 8 oz
1 cup black beans
2 whole eggs
0.5 Roasted cups
=968 calories(59g carbs,63g protein,53g fat)
Extra meal of day:
Chicken breast plain 8oz
Proteinshake
Avocado 100g
Broccoli 100g
= 760 calories(28g carbs,98g protein,36g fat)
Went out rq and just layed on my stomach in the sun for about 30 minutes in hope the bacne goes away.
Total calories = (2776 calories)(145g carbs,270g protein,142g fat)
