Today was a rest day I walked for 1 hour and 30 min to burn 525cal

Tried plain rice cakes and peanut butter with only peanuts and salt in it let me know if I should consider that for a PREWORKOUT snack or if I should ditch it

Didn’t eat as much calories I’d like to today since I passed out after I got home from the gym also tried to take a pump pic from to front. Next time I’ll just have someone take a pic for me

I’m planning on ordering some Npp this weekend in order to prepare for my cycle. Since it’s bound to a shorter ester would I be able to recover from it faster compared to deca durabolin and if so could I run it longer than deca durabolin before bridging into a pct ?

@Monogordo5 perfect stay high at the 15 rep range and food looks good but steak needs rare more bro :)

@Monogordo5 NPP is easier to manage anynow, you can switch to it
but low dose 200mgs npp/week max out if you ask me

Say what?
If I were to run Npp instead of deca durabolin in terms of recovering from the cycle would it be faster than the long ester by allowing me to start my pct quicker ? If so could I run the Npp for the same amount of time as my test e (16week)?

that's some good micronutrients
 
NPP is out of your system quicker then deca
your body won't recover until it's completely out
