Approved Log My Weight Loss and Recomp Cycle Log

I am 60 years old. I was on Tirzepitide to lose weight, worked out 6 days a week (Probably over trained a bit @ 120 sets a week)

Original 6-Day Split (repeated twice)

Day 1 & 4 – Chest + Biceps
9 exercises × 3 sets = 27 sets per day → × 2 = 54 sets per week

Day 2 & 5 – Back + Shoulders
7 exercises × 3 sets = 21 sets per day → × 2 = 42 sets per week

Day 3 & 6 – Legs
~4 exercises × 3 sets = 12 sets per day → × 2 = 24 sets per week

Kept 1200 calories a day intake, with 200+ grams of that Protein for almost a year. I went from 235 to 165 in about 11 months. Being 60 TRT is a way of life for me, around 100mg/week Test C for all of that time.

July 2nd Dexa scan 164.7 lbs. 32.9 lbs fat (2.95 lbs of that visceral fat) for 19.9% BF

July 20th Started Anavar Cycle (25mg/day morning) for 8 weeks. Upped calories to around 2500-2800. Test C at 100/mg/week. Dropped Tirzepitide to 5mg/week.

6 days a week in the gym, 6 days a week cardio on the road walking 4 miles, then 6, then 6 to 8 (occasional 13.2 on a saturday) early in the morning. TDEE was around 3000, so still in a 500 to 200 calorie deficit.

Sept 20th ended Anavar cycle, October 3rd had 2nd dexa scan.

Body weight, exactly the same 164.7lbs. only 20.1 Lbs fat, for 12.2% BF. I gained 12.7 lbs muscle, and lost 12.8 lbs fat, with 1.83 lbs of that being visceral fat loss.

Lots of oats or Daves bread for fiber, and only protein cheerios or Raisin bran for breakfast (with shake being the "milk". Boneless skinless chicken and rice with broccoli mostly , with a shredded beef burrito thrown in. And if i am light on overall calories I halve a half serving of Mass Gainer with Coconut milk. Done eating by 6 pm, maybe a snack if I haven't reached 3000.

I didn't list the Multi I am on, and I read N2Gaurd ingredients. It didn't have a lot of those things listed. NMN, resveratrol, citrus bergamot, CoQ10 + PQQ, high‐dose niacin, ALA, schizandra. And the TUDCA, NAC, Milk Thistle are not nearly as much as I take.

My stack is $110 a month, mostly from Amazon, and as you can see my supplements have MUCH higher doses of the items that affect Liver and Cardiovascular health the most.

It's a lot of pills to take, but at 60 I have to make sure the Liver and Heart are doing well.

This doesn't even include the 1ml LIPO-C injection I just started and take EOD when I inject NPP and MAST.

1 ml has:

Inositol 50mg
Choline 50mg
B6(Pyridoxine) 25mg

Apparently 1,500 mg of Niacin can raise your AST/ALT, so I cut back to 1,000 mg a day, which should still boost HDL. I am adding 25mg/day Policosanol, 600mg /day of Garlic extract and 2g of Phytosterols. I am also going to add a low dose, 10mg/day of Cardarine.

Should help with the following:
HDL ≈ +15 mg/dL
LDL ≈ −40–50 mg/dL
Triglycerides ↓ 35–45 %
ALT ↓ 10–25 %
ALT ↓ 10–25 %

Part of the higher BUN score is increased inflammation due to recent dental work. My Cystatin -C score is 1.10 which slightly elevated but within range, so kidneys are fine.

im telling you you're overcomplicated it, take n2guard 1 bottle instead of a ton
if you dont want to sure dont do it, if you feel you know it all more than guys that been doing this for 20 years :)
