These new workouts are so targeted to hit specific muscles. It is amazing how intense the pump can get. I have never used the hammer strength incline press machine before, and man do you feel that squeeze at the top! I love it. Super-setting the cable crossovers with push ups is killer at the end. I feel like this is the type of workout that I need to shock my muscles. Each day I am more and more amazed at the pump and how i feel. I had a back workout today, that was lat-dominated and it was intense. I will actually be sore from these workouts, which has not happened in a while. Excited to continue this bulk! Just started week 2. Macros were hit perfectly, and fat was kept down!
