@Monogordo5 the thing is fat keeps you in ketosis, but you need protein to keep mass
if you do too high protein when in ketosis you'll get kicked out of ketosis
so we want to keep around 170-180 protein and high fat for best ketogenic results
and remember we only in ketosis for 2 weeks then you'll come out and cycle out the carbs and come back in
this will max out your fat burning
you are literally using fat for energy now
