Does anyone have tips on how to recover from butterfly stroke faster ? It’s been beating my back for the last week

@Monogordo5 how to recover? eat more but you're cutting bro so hard to do

you need high protein to recover but we want to keep you in ketogenic state
imo now you need to cut and we can gain mass later

how are you feeling overall?
Currently training itself is going well and I don’t really feel a need to eat especially with my one meal a day.
It’s just the swimming that’s beating me down…it fatigues me and sleeping is also getting harder. Muscles have started to become harder
