Today I attended a party at work we decided to play sharks and minnows all being grown ass people 😂 but more aggressive to where you had to get pulled out of the water.

The strength from the var showed itself when it took 6 people (each 150-220 pounds) holding me to get my head above water 😂

Definitely feeling better it was basically over by end of the day. I’m feeling stronger I was repping 315 pounds on rdls today. Can my refeed be Thursday
