Did a 50 fly sprint against a college swimmer his time was 33 seconds mine was 35 !

Quick question on the keypads I’m going through..is the protein at 170ish and fat at 150 keeping me in ketosis or only the fat? I’d like to eat more red meat like a 2-3 pounds a day but protein would be limiting factor. Please let me know if I can bump up the protein

@Monogordo5 the thing is fat keeps you in ketosis, but you need protein to keep mass
if you do too high protein when in ketosis you'll get kicked out of ketosis
so we want to keep around 170-180 protein and high fat for best ketogenic results

and remember we only in ketosis for 2 weeks then you'll come out and cycle out the carbs and come back in
this will max out your fat burning
you are literally using fat for energy now

Ok thanks for clarifying I’m also extending fast time aswell to 20-24hrs ! I did 24 today let me know if that benefits my ketosis
