Approved Log My First Testosterone Anavar N2Guard cutting cycle Log

Swimming is great but definitely sounds like you need an extra day off. Just listen to the body.
How many rest days would you recommend I take per week ? Also what are some good recovery methods for my harder training days like chest,back and legs

Honestly, it sounds cliche, but you have to listen to your body. Personally, I only train each muscle once per week so I get plenty of rest. With the swimming, just take it a day at a time. Epsom salt baths work well for me too.

I do a push pull leg split and train the muscles the same comes in handy for plenty of recovery and rest.

Today was a great training day. I can really push training when I’m focused on one muscle group
All sets were brought to failure
Peds/ supps
50mg anavar
7 n2 gaurds
Fish oil
20mg cardarine
Multivitamin
Fiber
Calcium w d3
Probiotic

Fasted 20hrs today. Did Omad at 12:30

Cardio : 60 min fasted walking
25x 50yd butterfly sprint

Training
Hamstring

Hamstring curl slow tempo 170pounds 15 reps

185 pounds 15 reps

200 pounds 15 reps



Rdl 225 pounds 15 reps

225 pounds 10 reps

225 pounds 7 reps



Lying leg curls

115 pounds 10 reps

115 pounds 10 reps

I do a push pull leg split and train the muscles the same comes in handy for plenty of recovery and rest.
I’ll have to try that out but I think the main issue is that this past week I’ve had some weird drive to swim. If I don’t swim until breathing is hard the day feels incomplete…not sure what it’s from lol

this means you're burning fat for energy not carbs

btw we will need to do a refeed 2 weeks in and push you out of ketosis
