Today as far as cardio goes was the craziest lol
Had fun swimming with a training partner today we definitely both pushed each other.
Also Ive been cramping during my workouts even though I take electrolytes 1.5 sodium 1.5g potassium . Is this normal ?

for refeed how many grams of carbs and protein should I be taking in. Would it also be possible to combine this with a cheat day since I haven’t taken one in a while
